Amy Tharp

Amy Tharp, CCIM, Vice President, joined Veritas Realty in 2014 specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation. Amy’s comprehensive understanding of retail real estate deals provides her with the ability to proactively negotiate for her clients and complete transactions. Her market knowledge is invaluable when assisting clients with market entry, site selection and strategy. Amy represents many national and regional retailers, landlords and developers. Select landlord clients include ALRIG USA, CORE Acquisitions, Access Commercial, GMX Real Estate Group, K2 Retail and Scannell Properties. Select active retail clients include Total Wine, Chase Bank, Domino’s Pizza, VASA Fitness, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, PetPeople, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Aspen Dental, Finney Hospitality Group and Self Esteem Brands. Since joining Veritas Realty, Amy has completed over 200 lease and sale transactions. Her dedication to clients and ability to close transactions has led her to be named Costar Power Broker in the Indianapolis retail market in both 2017 and 2019. In addition to her brokerage responsibilities, Amy is Council Chairman for ChainLinks Retail Advisors’ Second-Generation Council and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2020, Amy earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation recognizing her as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Prior to joining Veritas Realty, Amy worked at CBRE in Indianapolis on the retail team. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Economics from the Krannert School of Management.
