Since 1990, Amy's real estate career has focused on commercial real estate in the North Central Florida area - particularly management, leasing and development. Amy assists customers with any and all facets of commercial real estate: finding new locations for tenants/buyers, leasing and managing investment properties for owners, and leasing new developments. In addition to day to day management and leasing, she has been an active part of conceptualizing, developing and marketing residential neighborhoods, office parks, office buildings, mini storage, retail centers, condominium projects, and apartment complexes.
