Amy Hill

Amy is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years experience in executive management for legal, architecture, public finance, recruiting, and property management firms. Over 15 of those years have been in shared office space development. Amy was a founding team member of a global shared workspace company where she played an important role in innovation and strategic planning in the early 2000's to become one of the industry leaders of the coworking phenomenon. She was integral in operations and community development, serving entrepreneurs and business managers by providing services, resources and communities that lead to success. In April 2018, she joined the Westwood Group Land Development family to spearhead the new BOSS Office + Coworking venture as well as business development for all office/retail properties. With the addition of BOSS, Westwood is able to begin relationships with our tenants at an earlier stage to help them grow quicker. Amy has a talent for creating innovative business programs and has a powerful record of accomplishment for creating workspaces and communities with cultures that offer an unmatched level of service leading to unparalleled customer retention. Amy is excited to use her experience and skillset to serve clients at all Westwood properties while overseeing the continued development of BOSS into an office and coworking space that is unique, innovative and ignites creativity and passion! She intends to serve all tenants so well that they will make BOSS and/or our nearby properties their long-term home, while growing our businesses together.
