ABOUT

Amy has been a leading tenant representative since 2004. In addition to maximizing tenant occupancy, and helping current tenants optimize their spaces through renewals, she develops and nurtures exemplary relationships with the commercial brokerage community. This includes the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new tenants and maintain the occupancy of existing tenants. Amy negotiates, finalizes, and issues proposals to prospective and current tenants, and seamlessly manages each step of the leasing process from end to end.
