Amy Berrios

Amy Berrios was born in Nicaragua and raised in South Florida. She joined TSCG in 2010. As Vice President with almost 20 years of experience, she specializes in suburban, neighborhood retail projects throughout South Florida. She has been successful in marketing and securing leases with national, regional, and local retailers across Florida. She represents institutional, regional, and private owners. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, she has served on the ICSC Next Generation Tampa Committee and the ICSC West Coast Idea Exchange Committee. Prior to joining TSCG, Amy was a retail leasing agent with a Tampa-based retail developer that specialized in leasing and managing grocery-anchored centers.
