Ammar Abu-Hamda

Ammar joined Lee & Associates in February 2022 after receiving his Real Estate license in 2021. Previously, Ammar worked in various positions with the City of Lincoln Department of Public Works. While there, Ammar gained extensive knowledge in industrial aspects of real estate. Ammar has worked on a variety of projects including the selling and leasing of retail, warehouse, land and restaurant spaces. Communicating well with others is one of Ammar’s strongest professional skills, whether it is written or verbal. He not only communicates with his current and potential clients, but to all those involved in the transaction process. Ammar strives to develop a marketing plan designed to attract and address the needs of his clients in ways they will understand, gaining their trust and ensuring they are all on the same page. Ammar stays organized and informed about the market while he gathers client’s information concerning their desired needs, financial ability, property types and areas of interest. He identifies potential tenants and properties for his clients, schedules showings and oversees in the negotiations between the parties in a timely manner. He enjoys networking with others in the industry, which has led to valued relationships with general contractors, investors, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants.
