Amanda Concha is a Broker and Principal at Core Commercial. Amanda helped form the firm to target the real estate needs of retailers, tenants, and investors in the South Texas market. Prior to establishing Core Commercial she was Partner and Director of Retail Leasing at Paige Investments, a local development firm. As a licensed real estate broker, Concha brings experience in marketing, negotiation, and research both domestically and internationally. Concha is responsible for development of new and renovated retail projects, project listing, negotiations, third-party leasing, and tenant representation. She has worked with clients such as FreeBirds World Burrito, Rent-A-Center, South Texas Dental, Pizza Patron, EZ Corp Pawn Shops, Shell Gas Station, Quiznos, and others.
