Alysha Stout attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where she majored in Equine Science. After several years as a professional horse trainer, Alysha discovered her true passion … Real Estate! In 2007, Alysha became a licensed Realtor and began working in Commercial Real Estate as a Leasing Assistant for Pacific West Asset Management. In 2017 Alysha joined Martin Investment Properties, Inc. Her ten plus years of working in the Commercial field prepared her to work with residential tenants, homeowners, and vendors. Her daily tasks at MIP include leasing calls, scheduling tour appointments, showing properties, screening tenants, pre and post move out inspections, preparing leases, negotiating lease renewals, sales, and marketing. Alysha is passionate about all aspects of Real Estate from architecture, design, staging and assisting clients with the buying and selling process. Being detail oriented, she prides herself in communication, patience, flexibility, marketing, and networking. In 2020, she helped close 16 Real Estate transactions totaling over $12 million in sales.
