Altay Uzun is a multifamily specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Norfolk office. As First Vice President, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Altay founded and contributed to the growth of several start-ups and small businesses and worked in property management while completing his studies at the University of Virginia. Altay also studied abroad in 10 different countries. Today, Altay advises and assists private investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Altay’s entrepreneurial business background, talent for sales, and knowledge of the local market, allow him to maximize return on equity for his clients. Altay Uzun holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Virginia.
