Allie Sledge joined JLL in 2025 and currently serves as a Senior Associate on the healthcare team for the San Antonio market. Her primary responsibilities include landlord representation, lease transactions, market research, and analyzing trends in the San Antonio healthcare market. Along with her team, she represents over 25 medical properties with almost 2 million square feet with various ownership structures, including publicly-traded REITs, private equity, regional, local, and private physician clients. Prior to joining JLL , Allie spent 4 years on the healthcare team at Stream Realty Partners.
