Allen earned his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1982. In his decades-long real estate career, he has established himself as proficient in an array of industry specialties including residential resale and new construction, commercial sales and leasing, and building and development. This is of great value to clients – Allen’s market knowledge and negotiation skills are among the best in the business. His experience enables him to provide clients with the finest personalized service. Interacting with and serving his clients is his great joy. Allen is happily married to his wife Diane and enjoys spending time together with their three grown children. In his free time he likes to work out, fish and surf, and travel. He serves as an elder at New Life Church.
