Allen Lampert

Allen began his career as a top-level retail broker with CB Richard Ellis, working in four locations: Bethesda, Maryland; Tyson’s Corner, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Denver, Colorado. While at CB Richard Ellis’ Denver office, Allen held the position of Vice President& Director of Retail Services and was instrumental in heading up and revitalizing the retail services department of CB Richard Ellis. Allen then served as Director of Real Estate for Alberta Development Partners, LLC in Englewood, Colorado, where he gained valuable experience in the development of commercial properties, including site selection, budgeting, pro formas, construction, site planning, entitlement, and engineering aspects of retail development transactions. Building on years of experience in multiple markets, Allen formed Lampert Properties, Inc. in 2002 to provide retail real estate brokerage, development and consulting services to retail developers, landlords and tenants throughout the Colorado and Rocky Mountain regions. Allen merged his company with David Hicks Brokerage in March 2007 after years of working together.
