Allan Rothman

Allan graduated with an MBA in Finance and Marketing and an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago. In addition Allan is a Member of the NY State Bar Association. Throughout Allan’s career he has served as Chief Financial Officer, In-house Counsel, Principal, Chief of Staff and Real Estate Attorney for several prestigious companies. Allan has successfully managed real estate projects from project acquisition, through the approval stage, leasing and project completion. Prior to his current position, Allan Rothman was the Chief of Staff and Estate Manager for high net worth family office. He managed large estates and the staffs at multiple locations. Prior to that, Allan started and operated two businesses. After he renovated three apartment buildings and two houses, he managed those properties for his own portfolio. The other business was a construction business that he used for his own renovations and to renovate properties for others. He has 18 years of experience in the software and technology industries and has held “C” level executive positions in finance, legal, and real estate. He has been General Counsel and CFO for three different companies. Rothman has an AB in economics and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. He received a JD from Pace University and is a member of the New York State bar. Specialties: Real Estate Advisor, Corporate Advisor and Legal Advisor.
