Allan Perales

Meet Allan Perales, Partner of Goldstreet Partners, a boutique real estate advisory firm. Allan is a retail leasing expert with a passion for hospitality transactions. Since 2010, Allan has represented some of the most prestigious hospitality brands in Chicago, including Parker Hospitality Group, The Fifty/50 Group, Sunda, Galit, Kasama, and more. He has also forged deep relationships with top landlords in the city, such as Magellan Development, LG Group, Sterling Bay, and University of Chicago. Prior to his career in real estate, Allan was a corporate trainer and area operations manager at Kimpton Hotels, bringing valuable hospitality industry insights into his real estate projects. Allan holds managing broker real estate licenses in Illinois, Florida, and Tennessee and is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Illinois Restaurant Association. Allan earned his MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and his Bachelor of Music from Loyola University New Orleans. He currently resides in Lincoln Park, with his wife and two sons.
