Allan embarked on his journey in the realm of residential property management back in 2001. At that juncture, his array of properties primarily comprised low-income distressed real estate. His role involved assisting property owners in qualifying for state and federal programs that encompassed services like weatherization and sound-proofing, all without incurring any out-of-pocket expenses. This initiative not only augmented the property's equity but also significantly enhanced the quality of life for the tenants. Within a mere two years, Allan managed to attain full occupancy while keeping a roster of long-term tenants, thereby allowing property owners to leverage their equity and continue expanding their real estate portfolio. In 2008, Allan furthered his career by obtaining his real estate license, all the while expanding his residential management endeavors, ultimately amassing a portfolio of 144 properties. In 2011, Mr. Orue made the pivotal decision to join Transtar, where he currently presides over the management and leasing activities at the La Habra Business Center. Since his arrival, Allan has diligently worked towards elevating the occupancy rate while fostering robust tenant relationships that stand as a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field.
