Allan Fox

Allan joined CBCSCP in 2014 with a plan to leverage his extensive network in Wilmington. Since then, he has successfully closed some of the largest land acquisitions in the company’s history. His specialties also include retail and office, with expertise in both leasing and sales. He was elevated to Vice President in 2023 and was awarded the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Bronze Level for 2021 and 2022. Allan is a Wilmington native and after graduating from University of North Carolina at Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business, he worked in the banking industry for several years and then spent nine years as Vice President of Sales and Operations for a local transportation broker. Over the years, Allan has served on several boards, including Wilmington Downtown Inc (WDI) and the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA). In his free time Allan enjoys boating, golfing and coaching baseball.
