Aliza's venture, MovingForward NYC, is a culmination of her life’s professional and personal experiences. Her goal is to provide services to landlord and tenants with care, diligence, constantly updated knowledge of the market and fairness to both landlords and tenants, owners and buyers . Aliza is a native of Israel, moving to the United States in the mid-80s after studying Art and Philosophy at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. For Aliza, New York was the ideal place to expand the art gallery that she had founded in Jerusalem. In New York City, she found artists from all over the world that focused on conveying a social and political agenda that aligned with her humanistic outlook on life. Aliza decided to change her career once she had children. She joined C and K Properties, a real estate investment company in New York, as its head of Marketing and Sales. Aliza joined Legacy in 2003. Her friendly, positive and inviting attitude allows clients to focus on their business while she takes care of their real estate needs. She treats everyone in a gracious and hospitable manner, which is a reflection of her Moroccan and Israeli roots. Her main goal is to develop long- term, committed relationships with her clients always offering the very best real estate solutions available in the market.
