Alicia Wittman

Alicia Wittman, Associate Real Estate Broker, currently serves as an agent for Metro Roberts Realty. Since 2015, Alicia has participated in the sale of properties valued in excess of $120 Million dollars. These sales included single assets, multi-family investment properties, commercial properties and portfolio assets for clients within NY. Wittman began her career in Real Estate in 2010 while working for DIRECTV. In that position, Alicia was responsible for tenant representation, lease negotiations and site search in addition to business development within a 4-state territory. After working for DIRECTV based out of El Segundo, California, Alicia went to work locally for Hunt Commercial Real Estate as both a Licensed Real Estate Agent and the Commercial Operations Manager for that organization. At Hunt Commercial Real Estate, Alicia managed the day to day operations of the New York based Commercial Brokerage, managing (51) 1099’d agents in addition to managing and closing her own book of business each year. While in this position, she continued to refine her approach to market research, broker price opinions (BPO's), marketing, prospecting, business development in support of the organization and also obtained her Real Estate Broker Certification. In 2019, Alicia joined Hanna Commercial working first out of the Rochester office, specializing in Office and Industrial property types then relocating back to the Buffalo Market to focus on a diversified approach to all markets within New York State. In 2021, Alicia took over managing the Crossroads Office at Howard Hanna Real Estate. In this position, Alicia would oversee a 55 person residential sales office specializing in business coaching, strategy and planning for agents within that brokerage location. Alicia is a 7-year member of the NYS Commercial Association of Realtors, previously holding a Director Member title on the organization's Board. She is also a member of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, previously holding a consultative 'shadow' Board position for that organization. Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in Marketing and Management, a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University and an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army. Certifications held - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Commercial Investment Real Estate Consultant (CIREC), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
