Alicia Magill boasts 16 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She began her journey in 2007 at Precision Realty Group, where she excelled for 5 years, ultimately becoming Vice President. During her tenure at Precision, Alicia adeptly managed a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and cultivated valuable relationships within the Philadelphia real estate community. In 2012, Alicia transitioned to Mosaic Development Partners, assuming the role of Vice President of Development and Acquisitions. She continued to thrive, contributing to the company's success. In 2016, she moved to Florida where she refocused her path with residential investments. After a couple of years of renovations and deal making, she ultimately decided PA was her home sweet home. The year 2018 marked her return to Pennsylvania, where she reunited with her former colleagues at Mosaic Development Partners to establish Mosaic Brokerage Group (MBG). Alicia is co-owner and the President and Broker of Record. Alicia's extensive experience spans a wide spectrum of the real estate industry, including commercial and residential sales and leasing, development, construction, property management, interior design, home staging, and hands-on residential renovations. Alicia's core strengths lie in her creativity, innovative thinking, ability to repurpose and reimagine spaces, and a keen sense of cost-efficiency.
