Alicia King

She grew up in Florida, has lived there her entire life, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Early in her adult life she discovered that she had a passion for real estate and that passion continues on to this day. Though she learned early that she loved real estate, she continued her studies by attending the University of South Florida, eventually earning three bachelor’s degrees, in Marketing, Business Management and Accounting. Her passion for real estate started with the first home she purchased in 2005. As an investment property, she could see both the security and wealth opportunity possible through real estate. She then obtained her Real Estate Agent Associates license in 2007. She continued her real estate training and education, earning her broker’s license in the earliest possible time frame, based on a two year minimum time requirement as a sales associate. She then went on to earn her Real Estate Instructors license. She have a positive outlook on life and spirituality. She believes that if you pour love into the things you do, they will grow into even better things. That is her approach when it comes to life and that is her approach when it comes to real estate. Working with buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams and goals is both rewarding and humbling. She feels so blessed to have found a career that she believes in wholeheartedly and that she can so effortlessly pour love into.
