Ali N. Haidar began his career at the age of nineteen in residential real estate. In 2006 he devoted months to learning the business and attained experience which quickly led him to become a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer. In 2008 Haidar expanded his business into the REO arena which led to gaining clients such as: Wells Fargo, Ocwen, and Titanium. In 2011 he acquired his Real Estate Broker’s license and established a residential real estate firm. Haidar supervised a number of associates in all phases of the brokerage operation while servicing and handling acquisitions and dispositions of distressed properties on behalf of investors. Later that year he set his eyes on property management and formed a property management company. Clients included Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In 2014 he joined NAI Farbman to expand into the commercial arena focusing on representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, land development and leasing. Since then Haidar’s experience has been concentrated on medical, clinical healthcare, dental, mental health, autism, government facilities, and negotiating with corporate users on behalf of owners.
