Aleya Coolidge

Aleya Coolidge is a member of the Investment Advisory Board at illi Commercial Real Estate as well as a longtime member of ICSC. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Whitman College in Washington State. Aleya specializes in Retail Sales Leasing and Investments with an emphasis on restaurant spaces. Her clients include 7-Eleven, California Wok, Encino Village, The Legado, Shik Do Rak, No Tomatoes, Rosti s Tuscan Italian Kitchen, Sharkey’s, and many other franchisees and retail center owners throughout Southern California. Aleya and her family have been engaged in the development, management, and ownership of commercial real estate in the US and abroad for over 30 years. Prior to committing to real estate full-time, Aleya worked for a successful mutual fund startup company. She maintained a roster of high-profile clients in various international venues for over 12 years. Aleya takes pride in leveraging her vast knowledge of the San Fernando Valley and the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and her extensive experience assisting with the management of her family’s commercial real estate interests. Small or large, she continues to put the needs of her clients and the properties she represents first.
