Alexis Mendoza has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade! She began pursuing real estate in 2014, after returning from a year long sabbatical where she trekked the globe with her then fiancé, now husband. Traveling to over 23 countries, she developed a deep appreciation for what family life is for a wide array of cultures and people. Being able to experience, first hand, such diverse lifestyles and perspectives was truly inspiring. It ignited her desire to become an integral part of helping people through such an intimate experience, such as buying and selling a home. Growing up a classically trained dancer; attending schools such as The Houston Ballet and The Ailey School in NYC (one of the most prestigious dance academies in the world), Alexis is no stranger to the values of hard work, determination and perseverance. She brings that same energy to her real estate business, stopping at nothing until her clients' needs are fully met. Alexis's long standing love for interior design, coupled with her love of architecture and old homes, made her transition into real estate a natural and quickly successful one. She's a proud member of NAR, TAR, HAR, and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) Designation. Its really important to me to build a strong relationship with everyone I work with to gain their trust! I am known for my attention to detail, exceptional communication/transparency, and vigorous hustle to make sure my clients are happy and get everything they deserve! I concentrate intensely on the unique needs of each individual client. My focus is not only on the end result, but more importantly; I aim to minimize the stress, educate throughout the process and keep everyone's energy positive and confident! First and foremost, Alexis LOVES helping people achieve their dreams! A native Houstonian, Alexis loves the diversity and rich culture found within the city. She believes the food and art scene is unrivaled and loves exploring the ever evolving, Houston neighborhoods. Family is everything to Alexis, as she is a mother of 3 beautiful little girls! When not with her clients, Alexis can be found traveling the world with her family, trying out the newest restaurants in the city, or giving back to the community by volunteering with foundations such as The Beacon of Downtown Houston and East End Foundation.
