Alexis Lambeth has been a member of the Industrial Services Group in Foundry Commercial’s Raleigh, NC office for nine years. With 23 years of real estate experience, he focuses on leasing - landlord and tenant representation, Class A industrial development, building design, and industrial building and land sales in the Raleigh-Durham region and throughout North Carolina. Alexis has been a trusted advisor to over two dozen landlord clients and numerous tenants over his career. He takes an ownership minded and detailed approach with every Landlord he represents and strives to leverage and facilitate the best deal terms possible for all tenants he represents from start to finish in every transaction. Alexis is consistently one of the top producing industrial brokers at Foundry Commercial and the region. Some of Alexis’ Institutional clients include UPS, Clarion Partners, Link Industrial, MDH Partners, UBS Realty Advisors, Stockbridge and Strategic Capital Partners. He began his real estate career with the Preiss Company headquartered in Raleigh NC where he focused on the Acquisition, Development, and Disposition of Institutional Student Housing across the country. Alexis graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State with a BA in English.
