Alexis has been with CBRE since 2006 where he began his career as an office broker in the Hartford, Connecticut office. He has provided tenant advisory services for some of the world’s leading companies and has provided landlord advisory services for both institutional and private equity clients around Connecticut including agency leasing on multiple Downtown Hartford Class A office towers. Today, Alexis focuses primarily on the office, medical, retail and multifamily sectors. His strengths are tenant/buyer representation, landlord/seller advisory, building sales, land development and repositioning of assets.
