Alexandra represents the best combination of first-hand experience, next-gen ingenuity and textbook education that is driving the future of Miami’s most influential real estate brokerage firm. In addition to having had the opportunity to absorb the history of the area from generations past, Alexandra is an accomplished scholar with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University. At 30-years of age, she has already successfully managed and sold-out two luxury high-rises, accomplished record-breaking sales and contributed to the firm’s global expansion through a partnership with Manhattan-based Stribling & Associates. Alexandra joined Cervera Real Estate in 2007 amidst the peak of the Great Recession and took on the role of sales manager for Epic Residences. That leadership experience provided her with first-hand experience overcoming the challenges of selling in a down market. By applying a hands-on management approach, combined with creative sales strategies, she led the team to a successful sell-out. Shortly thereafter, Alexandra brought 321 Ocean Drive – located on the last buildable oceanfront lot in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood – to Cervera for exclusive sales and marketing representation of the new construction condominium. As Project Manager of 321 Ocean Drive, Alexandra was involved with all aspects of product development, including: research and market analysis; determining appropriate residence mix; providing design input (e.g., floor plan layouts, maximizing views, incorporating efficient and practical concepts, etc.); and planning recreational amenities. Under her leadership, the project sales team accomplished sell-out on-time and exceeded projected sales revenue. In 2016, Alexandra was named Cervera’s regional sales manager for the Northeast U.S. real estate market. In this capacity, she plays a key role in managing the firm’s ongoing business relationship with strategic partner Stribling & Associates. Alexandra actively participated in the formation of the agreement, which brought together two of the country’s most successful, residential brokerage firms. Together, Stribling and Cervera leverage over 600 agents in 14 offices located in prime submarkets such as Manhattan, Brooklyn, Miami and Palm Beach and a combined global real estate network spread across Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and Asia. As a broker, she remains extremely involved in generating new real estate sales and rentals throughout the Miami area, specializing in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne. Throughout the last decade working in South Florida real estate, Alexandra has acquired valuable knowledge of the market, directly witnessed several transformations and developed enormously useful instincts. Her instincts have proven indispensable, especially for worldwide buyers, whom are able to benefit from her strong domestic and international sphere of influence. Alexandra has long-standing record of social awareness and participates in numerous charitable organizations. She is perhaps most proud of serving on the New York Board for Orphaned Starfish Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to working with orphans, victims of abuse and at-risk youth through computer technology. She also assists with fundraising for the San Juan de Dios Clinic for Children in Peru. Born and raised in Miami, Alexandra grew up in Coral Gables with her parents, and currently resides in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach. In addition to her MSRED and MSIRE degrees, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida International University. Alexandra is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
