Alex Willner

Alex brings in-depth knowledge of retail dynamics and food and beverage retail expertise to his role advising tenants and landlords on leasing strategies and transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Partnering with a variety of growing tenants and owners and fostering strong relationships in the industry, Alex plays an active role in shaping the retail landscape in the region. Prior to joining KLNB in 2019, Alex worked in sales at Sysco Foods for five years consulting with foodservice operators in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. Surpassing $2.5M in annual sales, he was a member of the company’s Presidents Club. Alex received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from James Madison University.
