Alex Wheatley

Alex Wheatley joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as a director in the company’s Bellevue office. Alex focuses on representing tenants with a wide range of real estate needs. His knowledge of the Seattle/Bellevue office market along with a track record of finding solutions to his client’s real estate needs regardless of market conditions has allowed him to work with some of the Puget Sound region’s fastest-growing companies. Most recently, Alex served as vice president at Kidder Mathews in Bellevue for six years where he focused on tenant advisory and investment advisory services. In 2015, Alex was awarded the distinguished Kidder Mathews “Rookie of the Year” award for being the highest-grossing first-year broker company-wide and since then has been involved in more than three million square feet of transactions. Prior to 2015, Alex graduated from Claremont McKenna College where he earned an Economic-Psychology major and played on the football team where he was captain his senior year.
