Alex Tross

Alex has an established track record and joins Carter Jonas with a roster of his existing clients, including Fidelity International, Paloma Capital, Floreat and Blue Noble. His appointment builds on the momentum from Carter Jonas’s acquisition last year of the leading Midlands industrial and logistics agency, McGuinness Waddington Real Estate Ltd (MWRE). Alex was previously at Centrick, where he was a Commercial Director, and has more than 17 years of extensive commercial real estate experience focused on the Midland’s market. Before this, he headed up the Office Advisory team at Lambert Smith Hampton Birmingham, which he joined after seven years at Colliers.
