Alex Svetlakou is an Executive Managing Director in the New York Investment Sales Group at RIPCO. In his role Mr. Svetlakou is focusing on brokerage of investment properties in a rapidly changing New York market. To date, he has exclusively marketed and sold in excess of $1,000,000,000 in aggregate value. Mr. Svetlakou began his robust career in brokerage at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in December of 2014. Prior to that Alex worked at Midtown Equities Realty Group, a privately-held real estate investment and development company. Alex Svetlakou attended St. John’s University on a full athletic scholarship, where he played Division 1 tennis while majoring in finance. Aside from real estate business you can find Alex playing tennis on the courts of New York, New Jersey or Florida.
