Alex Stringfellow

As a senior vice president with the Occupiers Services team, Alex specializes in representing firms with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial space in the Greater Memphis Metro Market and across the United States. With 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and over 200 lease and sale transactions closed, Stringfellow has the local knowledge and extensive network to help clients with any of their real estate needs. Alex is a native Memphian and am passionate about serving his community as well as his clients. Alex is active within the real estate community serving as the 2021 President for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Commercial Council. Alex has been involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2013 and currently serve as a member of the Management Committee. Prior to joining Colliers, Alex worked as a vice-president in Fischer & Company’s Memphis office focusing on providing real estate solutions for corporate clients and their national real estate portfolios. In his time with Fischer & Co, Alex's responsibilities included strategic portfolio management, acquisition and disposition of retail properties, office brokerage, and industrial build-to-Suits.
