Alex Sagues

Alex Sagues is a member of the San Francisco Urban Retail team, which focuses on representation and consulting for best-in-class landlords and tenants. Alex and the Urban Retail Team are called on for their exceptional consulting work for assets in need of repositioning, particularly with troubled or tired properties needing a fresh perspective and large national scale developments. Alex is known for researching and discovering innovative and unique restaurant and retail concepts to complement the needs of the projects the Urban Retail Team represents. He is particularly passionate about food and restaurant-focused assignments, although his dedication to uncovering new and exciting retail concepts, particularly those thriving through omni-channel and experiential endeavors, is often noted. Alex Sagues graduated the United States Military Academy, West Point in 2013, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, after which he branched infantry and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
