Predominately a broker of farms, ranches, and recreational properties, Alex is quietly an active broker of mobile home/RV parks as well as other residential rental properties in Oregon and Washington. In the early 2000's Alex received his first taste of the mobile home/RV park business while managing a medium-sized park in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Alex currently has many regular customers ready to buy parks and is slowly building his own rental portfolio.
