Alex Port

Alex Port is a Vice President within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Alex was a Senior Associate at CBRE specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners, primarily located in the urban core submarkets of Atlanta. While at CBRE, Alex and his team completed more than 5 million rentable square feet of office leasing consisting of more than 500 transactions. Alex has represented some of the most respected institutional and private owners in the industry including Starwood Capital, Jamestown, Banyan Street Capital, Shorenstein, The Dilweg Companies, The Simpson Organization, Accesso Partners, Rubenstein Partners, KBS, Barings, and Brand Properties Professionally, Alex is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors ‘Million Dollar Club,’ and the Young Council of Realtors (YCR) where he serves as a current board member. Alex is a native of Atlanta and attended The Lovett School before receiving a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
