Alex’s primary focus is in the sales & leasing of Industrial and Office properties along the 680/24 corridor (Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Antioch, Benicia, etc.). He represents tenants, buyers, and building owners. Prior to joining the Lee & Associates Walnut Creek office, Alex worked in Oakland with Marcus & Millichap Investment Brokerage where he gained valuable real estate investment experience. Alex grew up in Lafayette and attended Acalanes High School. He’s an East Bay native with an acute awareness of changes and market trends in the surrounding areas. Alex graduated from California State University, Sacramento where he studied business marketing.
