Alex Musetti

Alex Musetti is an executive managing director at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Alex personally advises companies throughout the United States on their commercial real estate needs, focusing on tenant advisory, acquisitions and corporate services. He has a depth of industry knowledge and is an expert in strategic planning. His considerable industry experience has afforded him a command over all aspects of commercial real estate, from financial analysis and transaction services, to site selection and portfolio management. In addition to advising his clients, Alex has played an integral role in the development of Hughes Marino’s systems and processes. For over ten years, he has contributed to the company’s continuous improvement with the aim of creating a positive impact for both for the Hughes Marino team and the company’s clients as a whole. As with all Hughes Marino team members, Alex maintains an open-door policy and has served as a mentor to many of the company’s team members. An avid traveler, Alex has lived in multiple countries throughout his life and is multilingual. While he appreciates that there are countless beautiful places to call home, he is glad to have grown roots in Orange County, California. He and his wife, Meesh, currently live in Laguna Beach with their two children where they frequent the beach year-round. When he’s not working, Alex enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and friends, preferably around some great food that they cooked together at home.
