Alex McCauley
Alex is an associate broker for Retail Specialists, specializing in occupier services throughout the Southeast.
He is a trusted adviser to a dynamic mix of retailers including Harbor Freight Tools, Sprint, The Joint Chiropractic, For Eyes Optical, Guitar Center, Music & Arts, and Hollywood Feed among others. Alex provides his clients with a variety of services from market consultation and strategic planning to site selection and lease negotiations. Alex has been in the commercial real estate industry for eight years, beginning his career working for his family’s hotel business in Pensacola. He went on to work for Talbot Realty Group, a New Orleans-based commercial real estate firm where he represented retailers, investors, landlords and developers. Alex received his bachelor’s degree in human environmental sciences with a concentration in hospitality management from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. A native of California, Alex enjoys playing golf, traveling, skiing and hiking.
