Alexander Troy Marquez is an Associate Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Mr. Marquez plays an integral role in the leasing of more than 500,000 square feet of office space throughout the region including 1001 Brickell Bay Drive. He has also served as an advisor to top companies including Starboard Value, Leste Capital, Kovak Securities, ACORE Capital, OppZo and Hodges Ward Elliot among others. With Seven years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Marquez has been involved in the creation of the Real Estate Tax Assessment database. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marquez worked as a Summer Analyst at HFF in Miami, Florida where he was responsible for creating databases, assisting in the underwriting process, and touring properties. He also supported the brokers and marketing team with market research and financial analysis. Mr. Marquez obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in Spanish from Indiana University. He also studied economics and South American history at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
