Additionally, Alex spearheads the leasing efforts for GIP’s brokerage subsidiary. Alex has over 8 years of experience across finance and real estate, most recently working in multifamily brokerage. Prior to that, Alex worked in research and trading for a $20 billion AUM portfolio.
