Alex Jelepis has been Cleveland's leading Downtown office leasing broker since 1992. He has a three-decade track record of consistently increasing Class A and Class B office building occupancy while significantly creating client value. Alex's Commercial real estate career began in 1988. During the last 30 years, he has represented some of the most prestigious and recognizable Downtown Cleveland business landmarks including 200 Public Square, a 1.3 million square foot, 41-story office tower for which he assumed leasing responsibilities in 1996. During his 16-year tenure leasing this Class A asset, he leased over 800,000 square feet and also sold the property in 2005 for $142,500,000 on behalf of Equity Office. Alex was then selected, post-disposition to continue leasing efforts on behalf of the buyer, Harbor Group International, during which time major new leases were signed including Huntington Bank, Cliffs Natural Resources, GSA, McKinsey, Accenture, and several other well-known, major occupiers.
