With over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Alex specializes in strategic site selection, lease negotiations, buyer and investment representation, as well as sale-lease backs. He serves a diverse client base ranging from warehousing and distribution users, to energy service companies and professional service organizations. With deep market expertise in Edmonton, Alex has completed transactions totaling over 2 million square feet, representing an aggregate transaction value over $200 million. His commitment to creative problem-solving and experience with diverse transaction structures enables him to provide his clients with insightful solutions to even the most challenging space needs. Alex joined Savills in 2021 after working for six years as Senior Associate with Lizotte and Associates Real Estate in Edmonton. Prior to Lizotte, Alex was an Associate in sales and leasing for a local boutique commercial brokerage for four years after serving as a Senior Account Manager for Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada. Alex has successfully transacted more than $100,000,000 in deals totalling over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Alex is also committed to furthering his education and is currently studying Urban Land Economics through the University of British Columbia.
