Alex Halle

Alex specialises in Alternative Use and Development Agency & Consultancy, acting for both public and private sector Clients. His role involves disposing and acquiring sites suitable for a range of Alternative Uses, including sites with redevelopment potential. Alex also has experience with Telecommunications Infrastructure and EV charging, having acted on behalf of a Household Fibre Broadband provider to acquire Fibre Exchange sites across the UK as well as agreeing the associated Wayleave & Easements for cables and access. Alex also acts on behalf of multiple CPO’s in acquiring EV hubs as well as standalone bays, and works alongside HTC’s in house EV project delivery team to assess sites and manage Lease negotiations whilst acting as a liaison between Landlord, CPO and Pre-construction teams to establish a streamlined process to expedite a site becoming operational. Alex provides support to the rest of the Agency department for all asset classes and anything with a development angle.
