Alex Grell joined Newmark in 1999 and serves as a senior managing director in the Walnut Creek office. Alex specializes in assisting Tenants and Landlords with the leasing and sales of office and office/flex building exclusively in the North I-680 corridor market. Prior to joining Newmark, he spent three years with CBRE (formerly CB Richard Ellis) where he was exclusively in the Walnut Creek office specializing in office and office/flex leasing. Alex superior market knowledge and understanding of office project related transactions has enabled him to complete more than 1000 sales and lease transactions over the past 24 years. Alex’s work ethic and dedication to his clients has allowed him to be a top producer in the Walnut Creek office since 1999.
