Alex Green is a Principal and one of the founders of J Street. He began his career in 1983 at Coldwell Banker Commercial and through the years worked in Washington, DC at several leading commercial real estate companies including Charles E. Smith Company, LCOR, Carey Winston/Barruetta and Transwestern Commercial Services. Mr. Green’s expertise and responsibilities span across all sectors of commercial real estate: office/retail, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and development. His cross-industry expertise allows him to provide clients with a wide spectrum of services and market knowledge.
