Alex Gerber is a Founding Partner of SHOP Management where he specializes in business development and strategy. Alex is focused on implementing vision and organizational health for the operations. Prior to SHOP, Alex was the co-founder of Cobalt Real Estate Services, True North Commercial Real Estate and Paradox CoWorking. Alex also oversaw the leasing of a 3 million square foot portfolio for Direct Development, was a development partner for Titan Development and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas for over 20 years. Alex is a graduate of SMU.
