Alex’s expertise focuses on advising businesses on real estate transactions that are aligned with their strategic, financial, cultural, and operational objectives. He has worked over 150 unique transactions totaling more than $400M in value and spanning a wide variety of industries, including publicly traded companies, PE backed technology companies, prominent Austin law firms, VC funded startups, non-profits, and professional services companies. Alex began his real estate career in Austin as an Associate at JLL. Prior to Stream, he held a Vice President role at Colliers International. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a BA in History after spending two years playing collegiate tennis at Ole Miss. In his personal time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, daughter Caroline, and Australian Shepherd, Annie.
