Alex Dumas

Alex Dumas began his real estate career in 2003 following his relocation to Colorado. Since that time, he has assisted hundreds of clients buy, sell or lease properties in the greater Pikes Peak region. Although Alex has accumulated most of his expertise in the office space and investment market, he has also helped clients with light-industrial needs. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Alex is very active in the non-profit community in Colorado Springs. He has served on numerous boards and is involved with many fund-raising activities for charitable organizations in town. He is currently a Board member of the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region. A native of Montreal, Canada, Alex is French-Canadian and speaks French fluently. Although he played hockey professionally for four years after a successful college career, he now enjoys playing golf and squash. He is married and has two step-daughters.
