Alex Dahlstrom

Alex Dahlstrom joined the Wasatch Group in 2020. As VP of Development, he is responsible for the development of investment and venture properties. Alex facilitates in key development roles in commercial and residential real estate values in over $600M. Alex joined Wasatch as a partner after working in commercial real estate brokerage with Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International. Alex gained valuable experience as a broker focused on investment sales of NNN retail assets. He served as the Director of Business Development for the Millcreek Commercial team within Colliers International. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Utah.
