Alex Benisatto

As a Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, Alex works with numerous tenants in a wide range of industries to plan and execute real estate strategies. His in-depth market knowledge combined with the breadth of resources at CBRE allow him to provide his clients with a unique and creative approach to identifying results-driven solutions. Alex specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and office space, and strives to develop the most effective solutions for relocations, expansions, consolidations, renewals, occupancy cost reductions and lease negotiations. Alex plays an integral role in generating new business and enhancing CBRE’s local market outreach, while adding significant value to existing client assignments. His expert skills were recently recognized by the firm when he was named as the 2015 Manhattan Associate of the Year. Prior to joining CBRE, Alex spent two and a half years at Jones Lang LaSalle. While there, he was part of the firm’s prestigious “Rising Stars” panel—a group of young JLL brokers selected to meet periodically to discuss various internal issues and provide input on how to further the company’s growth in the market through new business development efforts. On the landlord side, Alex represents Related Companies, Oxford Properties and Mitsui Fudoson as part of the leasing team for the Hudson Yards development in Manhattan and has helped in the leasing of more than 2.5 million square feet.
