Alex has broad experience across many industries, and is an innovator in helping organizations leverage technology and information to enhance operations. Current areas of focus include optimizing Contact Center operations and helping implement Modern Consumer Experiences for Enterprises which leverage a hybrid workforce or 3rd party service providers to deliver services. Alex fundamentally understands the Converged Communication and Interaction space. This entails combining elements of User Experience to integrate both formal and informal communication methods, and leveraging Unified Communications on the web and mobile platforms. Alex helps companies to gain insights around such areas as Contact Center Interaction Management Infrastructure (Chat/Web/Audio/Video), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Field Service Automation (FSM), to engage in a data-driven change management process. In his previous roles, Alex was a member of the Deloitte business consulting team, a CIO for a multinational company, and Founder and CEO of Sentri, Inc. -- one of the nation’s top integrators of Microsoft systems. Under Alex’s leadership, Sentri achieved the highest accolades from customers,was the regional Microsoft Partner of the Year for 3 consecutive years, and East Coast Microsoft Partner of the Year in 2012. Alex’s focus and commitment to excellence resulted in Sentri’s successful acquisition by Polycom in 2013. Since the sale of Sentri, Alex became a co-founder of a successful software company, Dispatch Technologies, which focuses on enabling brands to bring Modern Consumer Experiences to their customers, and to fundamentally change how 3rd party service providers are engaged and managed. Alex is also actively engaged in the angel investment space, as well as provides advisory services to CEOs and Sr. Leadership teams and coaching and mentoring services to tech-oriented startups.
